Alcohol Rehab

Summary: Nearly twenty million people will need treatment each year for drug or alcohol abuse, that is, more people are affected by addiction when including family members and friends. But the traditional addiction treatment often results in a revolving door unless you know how to eliminate anxiety and guilt that comes from addiction. New national figures have just been issued for the use of drugs and drug addiction in 2007 and the news is not good. Nationally, nearly 20 million people (over 12) used an illicit drug each month, and more than 23 million were classified as in need of treatment for alcohol or drugs. Only 2.4 million people received treatment actually leaving millions at risk of losing their homes, their families, their health, life itself. But anyone who has been around an addict knows this fact: the addict is not just a pain. Families, employers, teachers and friends of addicts suffer too much. A 2004 survey showed 63 percent of adults surveyed said that they had to do with the addition of someone close to them, usually a family member. This means that in America, 142.5 million people struggling with someones addiction. For many of those who have received treatment, unfortunately, the rehabilitation of drug addiction is a revolving door, which means that many of those who go through rehabilitation often repeated trips to rehab and again. We had people who came to Narconon Arrowhead for treatment after ten or twenty times more than other treatment programs for addiction, said Derry Hallmark, director of admissions and certified Chemical Dependency Counselor. Narconon Arrowhead is one of the most important centers of drug rehabilitation and alcohol in Canada, Oklahoma. The tragedy is that his need to go through treatment several times when getting to the bottom of the reasons of addiction and address to the bottom. This is what the Narconon program is known. The Narconon program uses a dry heat sauna and a strict diet to remove the residues of drugs that leave which may be involved in cravings, and then use the advice and life skills to help a person regain their self-esteem and values that may have been destroyed by drug use. We want people to know there's a global option for them, one that considers the whole person and not use drugs or psychotherapy, said Mr Hallmark. The Narconon program graduates to find a successful drug-free for 70 percent of the time, and we want to make that fact known to all family members and friends of those suffering from addiction to drugs or alcohol.
